This really simple dish is perfect for serving with a side of steak or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, ends removed and sliced in half
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- juice of half a lime
Directions
- Place asparagus in a large saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and cook about 7 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
- Drain.
- Add all other ingredients and stir to coat asparagus.
- Serve as a side.
