This is my first course offered in Sea Bass served two ways.
I olive oil poached, the sea bass, with herbs, spices & garlic.
then made “Caviar” out of the Cilantro, then topped it all with,
as strange as it sounds, Raspberry balsamic Coulis
First time cooking with Sea Bass. worked out pretty well.
